Yes — every main-stage talk is recorded and published free online about eight weeks after the conference. Workshops and panels usually aren't, because the value of being in the room is most of the point.

Full refund up to 60 days before the event. After that you can transfer your ticket to someone else — just email us their name. No questions, no fee. Life happens, we get it.

We hold 60 free tickets each year for underrepresented folks in software — including travel stipends for international applicants. Applications open March 1 and we close them when the spots are gone, usually within three weeks.

The Main Hall and Studio B are both step-free with accessible bathrooms. We provide loop hearing systems on stage, BSL/LSF interpreters on request (let us know two weeks ahead), and reserved front-row seating. If you have other access needs, please email us — we'd rather plan ahead than improvise.

Coffee, pastries, and lunch are included both days — vegetarian default, with marked vegan and gluten-free options. You'll note your dietary requirements at checkout. Dinner on Day 1 is optional (and wonderful) at Cervejaria Ramiro.

Yes — attendance requires agreeing to it. The short version: be kind, no harassment, no recruiting during talks, no "well actually" during Q&A. Our on-site conduct team wears orange lanyards and can be reached anonymously via a dedicated number printed on your badge.
